Report on BCA Association Inauguration

The BCA Department organized the much-awaited BCA Association Inauguration on 7th August 2025 at 9:30 AM. The program commenced with a prayer song rendered by the department choir, creating a serene and auspicious atmosphere.

The welcome speech was delivered by Mrs. Saramma John (HOD of BCA Department & Staff Secretary), warmly greeting the dignitaries, faculty members, students, and guests.

The presidential address was delivered by Rev. Fr. Sebastian John Kizhakkethil (Director), who highlighted the importance of innovation, collaboration, and leadership in student associations.

The guest session was conducted by Mr. Renjith Babu (Retired Police Fingerprint Director), who shared valuable insights from his professional experience, inspiring the students to develop skills relevant to the modern world.

The formal inauguration of the association was done by Mr. Renjith Babu, marking the official beginning of the academic year's association activities.

Following this, the name and logo reveal of the association was carried out by Rev. Fr. Sebastian John Kizhakkethil. The association was officially named "Zynnera".

The logo meaning was explained, symbolizing the fusion of futuristic technology, creativity, and innovation. It was acknowledged that the logo was created by Bincy Miss and Geethu Miss, whose creativity and vision captured the spirit of the association.

A token of appreciation was presented to the chief guest as a gesture of gratitude for his presence and contribution.

The cash prize announcement for the best association name was made, recognizing the creativity and effort of the winning participant.

The felicitation speech was delivered by Prof. Raghu Kumar V (HOD of Mathematics Department), who praised the department's efforts in nurturing talent and organizing impactful events.

The vote of thanks was proposed by Malavika Sajayan (Association Secretary), who expressed heartfelt gratitude to all dignitaries, faculty members, students, and staff for their support and participation.

The program continued with the short film showcase, featuring student-created films that displayed creativity, technical skills, and social messages.

The cultural programs followed, entertaining the audience with music, dance, and other performances by talented students.

The event was wound up after a successful day of activities, leaving participants motivated and engaged for the year ahead.

Finally, the program concluded with the National Anthem, marking a respectful and patriotic end to the occasion.
