COMMERCE ASSOCIATION INAUGURATION
REPORT
The formal inauguration of the Commerce Association 2024 at Mar Chrysostom College was held 
on June 12, 2024, at 10.00 a.m. by Dr.Ambily C. R Head of the Department of Commerce of St. 
Stephens College, Pathnampuram.
The inaugural function had been started by seeking the blessings of the Almighty by 
Kumari.Seetalekshmi M. Dr, George Thomas P, the Head of the Department of Commerce and 
Management delivered a welcome address. The Presidential Address was delivered by Prof.Itty 
Varghese, the Principal of Mar Chrysostom College. The Director of the college Rev. Fr. Sebastin 
John Kizhakkethil delivered the message. This was followed by the lighting of the lamp by the 
dignitaries thereby officially launching the Commerce Association. The chief Guest  has delivered a keynote address 
during the remarkable occasion and officially inaugrated the Commerce Association of 2024-25. 
Ms. Augustina K Antony, Assistant Professor and the Staff Secretary expressed her felicitation to 
the program. Prof.Raghukumar V, Head of the Department of Mathematics also joined the 
gathering.
CMA Nimisha Joseph, Former Student of MCC took an amazing Motivational Class and also spoke 
about the importance of Commerce Association and about its activities. 
A cultural program was conducted after the inauguration ceremony. Kumari Amitha Sajeev, 
Association Student Coordinator proposed a vote of thanks.
