We conducted an inter-collegiate literary fest on March 2nd, 2023, named "Mc_lit 2k23". With the aim of promoting an appreciation of literature and arts among college students, "Mc_lit 2k23" proved to be an efficient platform for the blooming talents.The one-day fest included three competition categories - Solo Gig. Y-Reel and inQUIZite, along with film festival and fun events. 'Solo Gig', a stand-up comedy competition, provided students with a platform for showcasing their sense of humour and quick wit. 'Y-Reel', the reel making competition was a creative twist as students competed on making the best reel via social media. 'inQUIZite", the quiz competition was led by Dr. Sambhu R (Asst. Professor, PG department of English, NSS College, Pandalam) and was an apt opportunity for students to showcase the literary knowledge and exposure. The film fest and fun events were quite a unique attraction for the students. The film festival screened selected short films in a theatre-like atmosphere, while the fun events attracted attention with its fun challenges and rewards.
